viKey-Less: Creditor Invoice processing from an Electronic Invoice
One of the most labour intensive jobs is entering Creditor Invoices and checking that they are in the system correctly. We have come up with a module that will assist you to get the data entered by reducing the amount the manual keying required.
viKey-Less is a module that uses intelligent OCR technology from Xtracta ( www.xtracta.com ) that reads the data within the Invoice without having to setup templates. We then retrieve the data, apply some rules to match the Supplier/Creditor, the stock items and do as much conversion as we can before presenting it for final editing and approval. Once approved it can be posted to the Creditor ready to be put through the payment process.
